A big welcome to Otto, one of our newest characters! Otto is an Obstagoon Pokemorph, and works as a lifeguard at Splashwater Park, which is definitely a high quality water park and definitely not falling apart at the seams.
He's big muscular dude, so you can feel safe when you go swimming hear him! Of course, he's pretty sure some morphs start "drowning" on purpose so he'll have to rescue them...
