I figured, since I have a Cat OC, why not make a Dog OC as well? And I took a bit of inspiration from JudyJudith by adding a bit of Social commentary with the Dog/Cat relations being an allegory to Racial relations and perhaps a bit of the 'forbidden love' trope as well. and since Frederick is already a movie lover, I figured why not get someone who's into another popular form of media? And thus I chose a dog that can sing.... like in "Sing"... lmao.
