As I've mentioned a number of times in the past, certain ideas for drawings mainly come up when there's some kind of imbalance to be redressed. In this case, the imbalance was a pretty big one - considering the name of the series, we hardly ever see the Stellar Typhoon or its crew actually engaging in the act of space piracy. Naturally, I had to draw something to that effect, so here we see Jaws and her crew making short work of a space freighter carrying valuable crates (filled with bottles of lager, because of bloody course they are).
Fun fact: This is only the second time I've ever drawn all five main SPCM characters in a single bit of artwork. (The first time was Poolside Pirates, from about a year ago.)
