DezTheSalandit and I watch a lot of anime together. Some of it good. Some of it bad. Some, like Rising of the Shield Hero start out pretty good but continue to get worse and worse. Rishia is one of those examples of things getting worse... Constantly a sobbing mess with a shrill voice. Never helpful. Unable to have a decent narrative arc. She was such a shameless addition tothe main cast.
