It is a very communal city where working together is the main philosophy and visitors are warmly welcomed, people from all walks of life are welcome to make their home here.
The gods of Nature and Light are most commonly followed in Goldenvale, though most of the gods are accepted in the region, religious differences are often treated with a live and let live approach.

Surrounded by vast wheat fields, the large Glimmer Lake and many irrigation channels webbing across fields and houses, the hills of Goldenvale are known for their successful farming industry and trade with every major city in the lands.
It is also known as a peaceful place to get away for a while, with its many beautiful communal gardens and the hot springs in the middle of Glimmer Lake.
Other things Goldenvale is known for are their wheat woven crafts and decorative fish which have become particularly popular with wealthy people with access to their own ponds.
