So, in part thanks to 
NewtypeX, I've been thinking about this character again...
This is Valencia valDane, mad scientist vixen whose only previous image was this one. In the stories I wrote her, she got seduced to join the good guys and donned a suit of armour as Vanadium, but this is probably before that... well, maybe. She's always had a bit of a thing for big displays of power, and just because she signed up with the League to be close to one of the biggest 'displays of power' in her world, doesn't mean she might not play with bright and dangerous things to get in the right mood...
