I should have specified that further and will add this into the description.
So basically this gun uses caseless ammo and therefore doesn't have anything that needs to be ejected. The railsystem is basically a supportive one that is used when either the conventional propellant is weaker or if you want to go for the extra velocity boost.
The weapon is still supposed to work without the railsystem as well, therefore the "hybrid" within the naming.
