Hey everyone!
Finally, I can show you this finished commission for MarcelLeoti, who asked me to draw his character in a fullbody shot^^ Given some very cute and wholesome ref images, I went for something simple and charming as a pose as he seems like a very friendly guy that would love to help you out if you got lost.
It's been a lot of fun working on this piece as I was already super happy with the first sketch and enjoyed bringing this character to life. He looks so friendly and I figured this image deserved some warm, inviting, somewhat natural colours. I especially took lots of time to create the background, putting much work into the grass and trying to render the rock nicely. I'm especially proud how the tree turned out. Overall, it is an artwork I feel very happy with and I hope, you like it too!
