Robotmeister was an Evil robot created by Gyro Gearloose (His last creation before becoming the Satan Gang member to Satan King).

He was responsible for making the Mushroom Kingdom rule the world.

He succeeds at making Weredog Bitzer steal Super Star from Bowser's Castle, but Dark Queen eventually thwarts his goal of world domination in his fact book.

Once he's a Major evil robot to Dark Queen and Weredog Bitzer, he frames Bowser for stealing Queen Beryl's Tiara by Manipulating Dark Queen to brainwash victims. He takes over Mushroom Kingdom turning everyone into Weredog Bitzer's slayer minions with his Brain Control collar on the neck (turned the victims have monochrome bodies with red eyes).

He eventually gets arrested for the crimes he did: Manipulates Dark Queen to brainwash by commanding her to steal Queen Beryl's tiara, scapegoating Bowser for the Tiara theft, and also for brainwashing the Mushroom Kingdom citizens to Bitzer.

The only abilities that he can shoot are Normal lasers and Death lasers. But he shoots any bullets with his chain gun and slaughters the victim with a Chainsaw.
