Pazuzuwhack is a Satan form of Paddywhack and Satan Hunter from Satan Gang member. He is a large, demon duck serial killer who appears as a major villain from Satan Gang. His main purpose is to capture Victims' lives and turn them into Decayed Corpses at the gift shop from Forbidden Jack-in-the-Box.

He debuted appearing in Darkwing Duck: Let's Get Dangerous on Hell while portraying Huggy Wuggy and later returned in Mario: I Wanna be The Insane 4 Season Finale after Satan Queen offers them to get Mario killed.

Story: The first about Pazuzuwhack existence is first heard of near the start of the chapter when Jenni and Kirby mention him while she and Pink Puffball are warning Six Heroes about the hazards of venturing out to Forbidden Jack-In-The-Box, where Queen Beryl's Tiara is being withheld. Pazuzuwhack is said to guard Forbidden Jack-In-The-Box and is described as a giant when Jenni classifies him as the worst of the hazards.

However, Later, when Fake Ickis is about to crush Six Heroes with his Satan Hammer, the Pazuzuwhack finally appears, more specifically, his "bigger boot" that unintentionally and easily steps on Fake Ickis, crushing him under the weight of the Pazuzuwhack, saving the Six Heroes from Fake Ickis, but unfortunately not necessarily from the Pazuzuwhack himself. Luigi is just about to make a run for it when Mario notifies him that the demon duck's benefactor of a boot has saved their lives.

They display gratitude towards the pernicious diver for saving them from Fake Ickis, referring to the Pazuzuwhack originally as "Stranger" for not knowing the Pazuzuwhack's true identity at the time, but he just stands there, looking for his next victims. Then fear and realization strike Six Heroes when the Pazuzuwhack looks directly down at them with hisses sound, his hands ready to grab the six for kidnapping and sending them to Forbidden Jack-in-the-Box. Six Heroes then discover that this abnormally large "stranger" who saved them from the evil Fake Ickis was the even more monstrous Pazuzuwhack guarding Forbidden Jack-In-The-Box, as mentioned in Jenni and Kirby's warning. Six Heroes try to run away, but with the demon duck's bigger boots clomping down behind them, fail miserably, and the Pazuzuwhack snatches them up tightly, gives them a long, menacing stare, and proceeds onward to the atrocious gift shop, Forbidden Jack-in-the-Box abducting the protagonists to the surface. Six Heroes are stuffed in a bag and begin driven to Forbidden Jack-In-The-Box with Pazuzuwhack's Satan wings, The Satan Hunter then puts Six Heroes in his bowl cage and holds them captive in Forbidden.

First, he decides to scare them for entertainment, so he sneaks up behind them, stalks them a bit, exaggerates his breathing, and cackles once they notice him and panic. He then gets over it and takes out a Satan toolbox that Mario refers to as his "evil instruments of torture.". He then takes Organ Box and Gamma Knife out and answers Mario's question about what his business is with them by making a scary diorama of "Squishy Tentacles" out of a Squishy (Kirby)'s corpse. A hanger, a hammer, and the craft tools he took out of his Satan toolbox while merrily humming to show them what he does to Kirby's friends/villains/rivals and that they were next to be transformed into Hanging Skeleton corpses. He cuts the organ on Squishy's corpse with his Shadow Knife, dismembered to becoming skeletonized, and puts the organs in an organ box for removal.

After that, he grabs Mario and Luigi and places them under his Acid Heat Lamp so they will dry up and die, allowing him to transform them into bloody smelly skeletons. After Mario dropped the Ruby Heart Amulet on the cage, his friends planned to break it with their abilities. Pazuzuwhack then grabs a knife and goes into the kitchen, humming on the way there because he feels hungry over his favorite food containing the victim's blood and sweet chocolate, The Satan Cupcake.

Before the death of Mario and Luigi, The Soul of Magica de Spell sheds a single tear to say farewell in the Ruby Heart amulet, which later rolls down the heat lamp's wire and shorts out a power outlet that smokes up, causing the fire sprinklers to set off. The two are revived by the sprinklers with Magic Water and proceed to get Queen Beryl's Tiara but the Satan Hunter picks up the Tiara with them on it, causing them to scream and him to roar angered. However, the sprinklers also revive Kirby's Standard friends and Dream Friends whom the Pazuzuwhack had captured and dismembered to become skeletons, all of which are furious at him for killing them.

Susie Haltmann uses his spray to squirt in his face, knocking him over, then the Kirby's Standard friends and Dream Friends, Three Mage Sisters (Francisca, Flamberge, and Zan Partizanne), who play with their instruments instead, swarm the Satan Hunter and attack him. This makes Satan Hunter forcefully become Paddywhack back for eventually defeated by Kirby's Standard friends and Dream Friends before he successfully escapes from Satan Curse and the Forbidden Jack-In-The-Box is eventually destroyed forever.
