VDOPlus has been working on inspired by what were originally supposed to be a bunch of one of species ideas. The Divine Grace here he liked so much wanted to see in her in color for the setting!

It's still early in development, but yes- general idea is that it was a non-Æsir cosmos that started falling into disrepair, and some monstrously powerful residents took up the slack over the rude objections of the local pantheon. This gal is a former pantheon member who happily signed up for the new management so she could finally date her mortal kaiju GF.
