They're just spreading the gas. Not that I'm not into airship/blimp TF, just that Globos's takeover is more of the general body-inflating variety~

Well, I'm certainly glad to hear you enjoy her so much~

As for how she's inflated, she blew her own body up for the occasion, since, as a robot, she isn't quite affected by the puffing gas the same way "organic" furries are~
