So. I've been fat most of my life. Now i have Type 2 Diabetes and some complications related to it.
It was until recently i saw a show about morbidly obese people and i was shocked to find the reason those people over-eat is same reason I overfeed myself. I would say it was a nice wake-up call i needed.
It's been week and a half into the diet and i lost 10 kilos already. I was around at 108 kg when i started.
also nevermind the picture. Scale was glitched. I did lose weight but after reset and zeroing it seems i lost 1.5, not 10 : (
Hopefully i can keep the momentum going so i can be greeted with less pills to take in the morning.

Low or No Carb + High Protein + Vegetables. 2 meals a day, No snacks. No delivery food. Cook on my own.
No snack part is important because i used to snack a lot. Chocolate (yea that's a bit meh for someone with beetus), Bread, Doughnuts...
Also because getting food delivered is cheap and easy here, i used to eat a lot of that. Since the diet i haven't touched any delivery apps.

I just don't know how to stop stress eatting in the long run, I'll be fine for like a month or so, then I'll be right back on my BS, I got the start of varicose veins on my right ankle now, I'm SURE this is do to being overweight, tho is also runs on my mom's side of the family, but still, I better get this shit under wraps before it turns into something really NASTY
Hell yeah go on brother, just cutting sodas and switching to green tea is a mega change then adding a bit of muscle gain and you will win in now time.
I was fat myself few years ago and and started working out as I could not look at myself.
To my surprise gaining muscle is easier then I thought and now I have arms and chest like video game character and all that naturally without any crazy steroids or whatever is promoted right now.
