WE REACHED 1000 FAVS LET'S FREAKING GOOOO, and before saying anything, first, I have finally founded a color pallete for Neo, it took me a bit but hey, I like it, second, as you can see, Neo is going really mad, that's because of his Ultimate Move called 'Overcharge' where he pushes his body to it's limits, getting a huge boost of strength, speed and those purple crystal gauntlets, this may cost him lots of energy and will lose counciousness after it's use, but in exchange, he will blow an unstoppable flurry of punches that will get more fast and strong as long as he keeps punching, imagine it like an "ora ora" attack but it gets more intense as it keeps going.
