So this is a redraw of an old piece I drew YEAAAAAAAARS ago back in 2010 (which will be uploaded to my scraps shortly) of
RabidWereChihuahua and
MOVED TO KEEBERSPANIEL when we were in high school together.
Lunch time was always...interesting those days, and I distinctly remember my eyes would always dart between the two whenever they got into debates over which Transformer faction was better. The one thing I'd always wondered is, "Is this normally how siblings react, or is this just them? 0.o" since I'd never grown up with any siblings before, so it was new territory for me to witness! X'D
Anyway, here's Sheani wondering the same thing as Milo (character on the left belonging to
RabidWereChihuahua ) is claiming that Autobots are superior while Suni (character on the right belonging to
MOVED TO KEEBERSPANIEL ) is being a gremlin and shouting that Decepticons are the best. But it's all in good fun in the end!
You may also be wondering why I drew Sheani in her cat form versus the cat/dragon hybrid I recently updated. To put it simply, I'd imagined that when she was younger, she kept her horns and tail and wings hidden so she could blend in a little more easily and later grew up to appreciate her dragon half. UvU
I'll be working on a sort of sequel to this picture--something I never thought to do but seemed appropriate after all these years. QvQ Expect it sometime soon-ish depending on how things go life-wise!

I recall that you yourself had to grow up and accept that dragon half of yours, too >w>❣️❤️🩹
This piece is so nostalgic, and I still remember some of those moments as some of the most important in our youth. 😭❣️ I am so thrilled to still be able to share them with you guys too🥹 your style and skill has improved so much since then, and I’m glad you have continued to enjoy your talents and imagination🫂❣️❤️🩹

Well, high school wasn't exactly as kind to dragon-lovers among other things, but it's finding the bits of light that make it more tolerable. Time itself is also a good way to grow fond of the things you once loved and find a new appreciation for them. QvQ
I'm so happy to see how much of a difference my art has taken after all these years, and I'm loving each time I surprise myself with how something turns out! UvU
