Hey, it's Tsubaze, our resident Noibat! He's an energetic guy who works as a mailman (mailbat?) for the city, and can usually be found all over gliding and flapping his way to deliver packages.
When he's not busy at work, he's usually helping out in his boarding house. He's a friendly fellow -- a little on the shy side of things, but generally a cheerful lad.
Tsubaze's player is an artist too, and you can see a lot of his art over on his profile page!
