Boom I'm back from vacation and fresh with ideas and thanks to being with Danji, I even have some extra neat couples ideas that are going to show on up but for now I get to introduce an important NEW character from a shared story of ours. It's been a while and he should have been shown off earlier but what better way than with him showing his dedication and protection over his little lifelike frog cybrid....
Big welcome to Cole Felman the cougar and a member of the companion division to the Enlez City First Responders!
Seems someone or something has intruded and caught the pair and it's bristling Cole's tail fur something fierce and making the cougar hold on tight and show his dedication and protection of Spence ( even if the frog is nigh indestructible ). Big question is where are they and what could they be seeing that would warrant this response... I'm sure Spence is feeling a little more aroused with that taught warm furry bicep and his body pulled in so close to his roommate turned partner. Let's hope these two aren't in too much peril...
Whew does it ever feel good to get Cole drawn out and it was done when Danji and I were together so it felt even more amazing and I got to get his direct help with drawing Cole ( since it's his character ), getting the head down ( which I sketched earlier on ) was the important part that allowed for this sketch to come out!
As for the subject well... as I said above getting to be with Danji on our vacay really got me wanting to do more with some of our other main characters and as some might know I do like to do playful peril and being caught and having someone jump to protect you is quite a turn on!
Even with the extra ideas I have for this I'm calling the sketch done and I'll get to them in the next iteration, also as to why they're naked <.=.< >.=.> it's potentially future plot

Absolutely love protective poses like these! And it's really sweet too since Spence doesn't really need to worry about being hurt, so it's more the sheer thought and passion behind it all. Maybe it's some scary anti-AI mercenaries, and Cole's making it very clear that he's not letting anyone take his froggy away. Very nice job on the face and hair, too. Honestly everything looks great, the pose was a great choice! <3
I so knew you'd be drawn to today's sketch just for the theme/ context and pose as yyyeeeppp having something this sweet and protective just felt so right to do and heheh that is also so true Spence really doesn't need to worry about physical harm but other threats may still exist... but yes YES the thought and knowing that this was Cole's snap reaction just means so much and speaks about the passion and the care and feelings Cole has for the little froggy ~.=.^
Mhm leaving it a bit ambiguous on what they see as it very well could be radicals or a strike team sent to get Spence ( giving me ideas here ) but yyyeeeppp its VERY clear that Cole isn't letting anyone get to Spence.

Playing as Cole is an interesting role reversal, as I usually like to play weaker characters that get rescued by powerful androids. In this story, Cole is traditionally the stronger one, or at least he thought so before it was revealed that Spence was a powerful android, himself. So there's still very much that protective element, or at least that vow that they will always take care of each other. <3

Mhm it was really empowering to finally get to show them off and give proper intro's to Cole in a heartfelt way. Also looks like Danji beat me to it on the explaining details and he's done a fantastic job as usual ;D

Seems like you and Danji make a pretty good team! Your characters are both lovely and I hope to get to see more of them. You did a great job on their designs and the poses. I can practically feel how much Cole wants to protect his friend and somehow I doubt that instinct will go away even after he learns what his partner is and can do.
