Warning: Sergal with chicken butt ahead!
This is Rei4's Sergal form, different from Rei3's. Hir color scheme is just the same as hir dragon form. I shortened the thighs, lengthened the butt feathers, and made the tail tip like caudal feathers. Thus making myself even more bird-like than  mick39's New Age canon design. Not decided if I'm going to add feet scales like the Sergal Rei3.
