This here is Sasha "Shooting Star" Laderisson.
The newest character in the world of Project Hibiscus; he is a hero to fans of the new-age board sport called Jet Running.
However, his aspirations extend far beyond board sports.
He is the second in command of a special government funded task force to eliminate Zylum and any other Project Hibiscus members who get in the way.

Also, the first "Dog" based character of mine x3
Had this guy stuck in my head for a while and finally decided to start designing him.
Decided to start with his face then see where i wanted to go from there.
