For those wondering who these two are and where they're from they are both enemies from the game Fight'n Rage very fun beat'em up that came out in 2019 and is around today and still fun. Also tip there is a code to play as the enemies in the arcade mode.
Not everyone was behind The Boss's revolution which is shown here as one of the wolf mutants Wolfang is making a meal out of the larger enemies T. Bison.
We don't know if he is doing this out of rebellion or just hungry...maybe both...
