Cooper is the big brother of Jackie! He's a bit unsure what to do in his life as a career, so he does what he does best right now-- being the helmsman of Jackie's boat used for tourists and marine biology. He also has a massive crush on McKayla, whom he offers company and just emotional support whenever she does appear at the docks to think about personal problems... though she too, has grown accustom to meeting up like that as a habit. Cooper also suffers from amnesia, once interested in having a career and marine based work aboard big ships he once day washed ashore back to the beach town, and now shows signs of trauma from an unknown experience out at sea... so we don't let Cooper too far out from the mainland. He also doesn't know what the Delmise tattoo means either, but suspects getting it when he was drunk one night. He's quite fond of it anyway.
