Thanks to GoldenEye 007, I can't see these guns without thinking of the "Klobb".

I think that Goldeneye was the first depiction of the VZ61 in video games (that I can think of).

Could very well be and that might be a reason why I still associate it with that game over 20 years later.

I want one too, but what keeps making me nope out is the absurd cost of 32.
It ain't even something I figure I'd shoot much, but...

I totally get that. I also wish that more niche ammunitions were more readily available. As much as I like the AR-15, how have we not grown to meet other ammunitions other than .223? I feel it would bring some more people into the shooting sports if they could just use what they want and not just get an AR like everyone else.

When I purchased my (Now EDC) Ruger 57, I had NOT done my due diligence on the cost of the ammunition! The added layer on this 'Cake of Surprise' was only aggravated because I did it during the beginning of the 'Virus of unknown origins' swarming across the States, which saw EACH CARTRIDGE costing us pesky peasants $2.00! EGADS! (This doesn't even touch on the more elite/specialized cartridges out there! Forget about casual practice/training with them!).

So, 'Unique' has taught me quite a few things, my meager $$$'s being the most wounded for the lesson(s)!

Oh I didn't know CzechPoint sold these, I only knew about the vz58s (Which I really want one... both a classic 7.62 and 5.56 version), that's kinda cool.
How does a vz61 scorpion feel to shoot? Out of personal curiosity.

The Czechpoint VZ58s are awesome! As for the VZ61, the gun is tremendously pleasant to shoot. It's snappy like any other blowback gun but it is in .32ACP and the whole gun is heavier then a PM Makarov so it is not too jumpy.

The only way I would get a scorpion is if I sbr'd it, it won't be the same without the wire stock though shooting it one handed would definitely bring back some memories of playing far cry 3 and 4.

Yes! The vibe of the stock need to be there to complete the look and feel.
