I never understood foot fetishes, never will (and I grew up in the shoe business!). So imagine my surprise when I was asked to draw a furry girl wearing *socks*!
I originally drew this for the Furry Socks Group on Yahoo!, and it was one of the original pic's (if I remember right) on my VCL archive. Putting socks on her was a shame, the pic was coming along great and so were her feet, which I penciled in just to see the progress I was making in drawing critter-feet. But the guy from the group who asked for it liked it a lot, so here it is for yunz furs as well!
The pose is from a tandem-bondage set from BondageHarem.Com. It's a set I use a LOT for reference!

I read this article explaining foot fetishes a while back. It went something like this:
The part of the brain that governs the feet are butted right next to the area which governs sexual functions. Breasts are kinda the same way. In many cases the "wiring" gets crossed, and the result is a sexual response.
(So basically, a fetishist checking out a pair of loveley tootsies is the equivalent to a non-fetishist checking out a pair of boobs, or legs.)
It's very, very common, and there's big money to back it. You can tell by the multitude of sexy women's footwear on the mainstream retail market, as well as pedicure availability, toe-rings, etc.
The foot fetish scene had it's "renaisanse" during the Pin-Up Chick/Retro era. It solidified hoses, heels, nailpaint as a public mainstay.
