Okay, another reference photo for 
Tzologeist.
This time the Smith and Wesson model 65 Stainless .357 magnum with a 3 inch barrel.
Unlike the earlier photo of this very pistol loaded, this one is not, thus the finger on the trigger. But you get the idea, plus again, you see that this weapon has two empty chambers, as if fired. So artists, keep that in mind as well.
Yes, the Dragon can use this effectively. Afterall, nobody ever raped a .38...let alone a .357 magnum.
