Something fun to do when you have exactly four characters is to put them in teams with one another and figure out their dynamics with both their teammate and the opposing team for each combination. Do your characters gel well together, or do they have to worry more about getting in each other's way than the opposing team? Making fighting game-esque poses is also fun, at least until you realize how difficult it is to decide whether the lighting and graphic design actually looks good or not.
