It's Sam! One of our many firedogs. Sam is big for a Growlithe, but that still makes him pretty small compared to a sizeable chunk of Ultra City's denizens.
Cheerful, active, optimistic, and not too bright, Samson prides himself on being everybody's friend... even if his exciteable attitude means he doesn't take obvious social clues sometimes.
