Cheer the Jirachi (New Lore in Description)

Cheer is a member of the Jirachi, originally a race of pure consciousness that spontaneously appeared at the center of the Big Bang. Due to eons of development alongside the fledgling universe, they have a deep, innate connection with the fabric of reality, allowing them to sense anything, anywhere (though not all at once, or with perfect clarity), and even tweak probability.
With their ‘head start’ and ability to manifest nearly anything, they achieved interpersonal harmony long before any other sentient races even existed. That may sound ideal, but the long lack of conflict led to pervading stagnation, naivety, and even arrogance among them that they were unable to perceive.
From their homeworld, an unfathomably colossal star, they fabricate bodies from raw molten elements, and fly out as emissaries to planets with burgeoning life, intending to spread their ways of joy and peace. Starting off with child-like minds, they are rarely prepared for the depths of violence, fear, and corruption they find there, nor are they prepared for the complexity of resolving these issues. In their attempts to fix things, they often grant conflicting wishes and make things worse.
This was Cheer’s situation too when she came to Earth (a planet of particular interest to the Jirachi) millennia ago. But despite a rocky start (in which she was abused as a deity and weapon before ultimately unleashing large scale destruction), she’s stuck with us all this time, learning from us, and her mistakes, to telepathically guide us in place of direct intervention. And now that she’s grown up alongside us, she’s started coming out of hiding more often.
As a Jirachi, Cheer has the power to warp reality, fly at hyperluminal speed, and manipulate thermal, electrical, atomic, and vital energies. She is painfully aware of the dangerous temptation this power’s misuse poses to her and others, and so has a genuine, but calculated sweetness about her, designed to prevent the rousing of these emotions. At times though, she can’t help but be a little sharp-tongued or teasy, as seen above.
