The Internet can be unfriendly when one least expects it.
I suppose it was inevitable...after 3 years, I encountered my first unfriendly FA member who shall be unnamed (and not employed by American Greetings, DIC, or Cookie Jar).
Ironic since this member draws a lot of humorous material in a long career.
What this member had to say was not good-natured nor inspiring...except for this drawing.
Oh, well.
Unfaved...unwatched...off the radar...and moving right along.
I suppose with FurAffinity, one bad egg out of the over 100 artists I am watching is a very good batting average.
I like to watch artists who provide good creative inspiration and/or who are kind enough to provide feedback on occasion or to watch my contributions...or, Hell, even reply to a comment cordially or humorously.
I don't exactly offer drawing tips or comment on technique since I am not a professional...I like to use a "caption this picture" comment style that I hope would match the artist's creative point of view.
Most times it works without too much trouble when the artist plays along good-naturedly...and then there was that unfortunate exception or two.
and if I say something wrong, anyone can tell me so just as long as the tone is civil or even humorous...this member in question simply bit my head off.
