Based on a Dream I had last night.

The movie stars Zig Zag as a Martial Artist who's trying to raise money by participating in illegal street fights in order to get her sister a college education, however, a savage killer (played by  ShastaKovich) is on the loose, and is ripping the eyes out of his victims with his "Chinese Dragon Claw" move. And so she and a Police detective (played by the doofus who made this drawing) are set out to catch this scum and seek revenge.
