Phaeyn is a coastal kobold(homebrew semi-aquatic subspecies that can glow in the dark) who went to strixhaven university to study diplomacy and peaceful speech as a member of lorehold. She would graduate and run a successful career until an assassination attempt by vampires almost killed her and would've turned her into a vampire thrall if it wasn't for the intervention of the peace god, Eldath who prevented some but not all of the vampirism.

This happened almost 900 years ago and to this day, Phaeyn continues her work to establish peace while concealing her true vampire identity.

She's also a vegetarian so imagine how weird it must be for her to drink blood lol
