this is a char i got a Long Long time ago (like 4 years!) from someone who left the web ... i decided to revamp him a bit because i have been obsessed with raichu lately andd hes going to be a little bit of a self indulgent char. i do want to start drawing more sizey/macro stuff so this is kinda the designated guy for it >< lol
