Rhea Calmriver is a coastal kobold(semi-aquatic subspecies) who is high priestess of a nomadic, seafaring cult know as the Radiant Deep, know for it's devotion to the protection the oceans and it's abundance of life(with some... flexible morals on how they go about it.)

She serves as the main spiritual leader and diplomat of the cult. She is also the mentor to the young kenku warlock, Chatterbeak, helping her navigate the world after she made her pact.
