Had a random flash of it. Kind of funny, actually, I was working on this picture (very nsfw) and got to the part where I needed to fill in the "paintings" on the wall. I quickly scribbled down something, blob of white here for mountains, some blob here for trees, moving on...
And then suddenly had an immense urge to turn it into a real painting. It wouldn't leave me be. xD So shortly after posting that picture, I picked up some paints and scribbled this down. Only took me somewhere between 20-30 minutes I think, no refs followed, all came straight from my noggin'.
It's really nothing fancy and a bit of a mess, but I actually quite like it. Things just worked, not much of a struggle. Nice change of pace!
Anyway, lemme know your thoughts!

I like how simple brush strokes create such features and details.
Thanks!
Very nice. It's something I'd hang up on my wall. xD
Thank yas! :P
*bam* Nice landscape x3
Bob Ross would be proud of you! (;
You dont work this medium-
you know to make this medium WORK FOR YOU O.O
But quite a lovely painting. :D
This must've felt great to produce, like so much artist's crack.
I kind of want to print this, frame it and hang it on my wall. o.o
1. A parasitic flatworm (classes Trematoda and Monogenea, phylum Platyhelminthes) that typically has suckers and hooks for attachment to the host."
...
I'd definitely give that.
It's very, very impressive indeed. I'd happily hang it on my wall any day. It feels alive... or as alive as any winter landscape can feel! As someone above me said, it is amazing how just a few brushstrokes can conjure up such vivid images.

^^ The story leading up to this is a long, but ridiculously funny one.
And you did it in only 20-30 min? Excellent
