A shadowrunner mostly known by the name Rook, Cerea Lanning is a human with the power of a Drake: the ability to assume a draconic form at will. She lost her left leg and wing in an explosion caused by the crossfire of someone else's run-gone-wrong, and the repairs to save her life locked her into her dragon form. She took up the life of a shadowrunner herself, to make the most of the life she's got, and to repay the people who saved her. She lent her intellect to the role of a Hacker, though her draconic body lends her quite a bit of physical prowess as well. Despite her harsh past and equally harsh career, Rook manages to maintain a sunny (if shy) outlook; indeed, she's a bit of a closet nerd.

Fun Rook Facts!
• Rook is half-Japanese and half-American, born and raised in Seattle.
• Due to her draconic form, Rook can't speak audibly, limited to growls and roars. She can instead instead communicate telepathically with those nearby via Dragonspeech.
• Rook inherited her Drake powers from her Japanese mother. While Rook is a Western Dragon, she inherited a bit of her mother's Eastern Dragon nature, most visible in the dextrous forepaws and her mane.
• Cerea discovered she was a Drake at a young age, and it informed a lot of her personality. She's really into dragon-related stuff, and her favorite color is the shade of blue of her dragon body.
