Mi pobrecito gatito Rojo, our little silly Roho WAS RETURNED TO HOME today!
Too suddenly for us, because his anemia was very strong. But as veterinarian said, he answered very-very good to both immunosuppressive therapies they gave him. So...With all medications, he was returned to stay at home under our VERY special control.
It is easier to say, it's not all over yet. God, at least he feels better! But I am very afraid this anemia will suddenly become lower again.
Why Roho eats wooden cat litter? - Anemia
Why he only sleeps? - Anemia
Why anxious silly me can't keep just go back to normal life and work, being afraid we need to go to hospital again?.. You know the answers!
PLEASE I AM SO SORRY everyone who ordered commissions, I promise I will be back to them again as soon as possible! I love them so much, I can't live without my work - normally. But this case is more than I can just survive. Sorry.
We are waiting to monday-tuesday to test his blood again, to get more tests, to see what was causing this huge trouble (because leukemia is still questionable)
So I am so happy, thankful and proud of EVERYONE who helped me.

You is the reason we are here, at this stage now, with Rojo survived and alive!
I AM SO PROUD AND HAPPY AND...Just full of best feelings!!! You are the best! All this support is so incredibly important.
I will prepare photo-proofs later and post it, of course. But for now, we still have funds to keep healing our dear boy. And this makes me happy and inspired as never!!!

PLEASE continue to monitor poor Rojo closely! I don't want to alarm you because money is clearly tight and I don't want you overspending on anything, but you also should be aware of any information that could be potentially helpful: in my experience, cats eating their litter (sand, wood chips, etc) is a sign that they're still very ill. So unfortunately, as you said, Rojo isn't out of the woods yet... so please watch him very closely to see if he's responding to the treatment you're giving him. Supposedly it has something to do with them trying to find minerals in the litter that they need, but nobody knows for sure why they do it.
What are his kidneys like? Both of my cats who passed away had varying degrees of kidney failure when they died, and they also eating cat litter by that point. Could be something that needs to be checked out.

This thing of eating litter...I think we saw it days ago before his reanimation. He has huge lack of elements and nutrients.
But, at the same time, we are giving him Probiotics now, giving him as much food as he wants, after time he was not wanting to eat at all...
On Monday or Tuesday we'll receive his Pancreas result. His Biochemical analysis on 6 basic points was suddenly pretty good. I mean, no alterations noticed.
I am VERY worried about him. He's so weak, and sleepy, and sad...This isn't good yet. :( We have to make it better.

🦝 Es bueno saber que Rojo responde bien al tratamiento y esta de nuevo en casa. Piensa también en ti, gestiona bien tu tiempo y no te estreses más de lo necesario. Esperemos que lo que reste del proceso vaya bien y no pase de un tratamiento para cronicos.
