A cute little Comm in a way to celebrate the Thousand Year Door remake that is coming out soon! or has come out? But here form sergeant16bit. The grouchy Pharynx was turned into a Paper Mario AU counterpart of himself! Partially stuck to a postcard which was extremely contrasting the personality of the more brawly older brother of Thorax he is understandably Preeetty annoyed at this predicament...he's probably trying to peel himself off to get out of this way too sweet card isn't he?
It seems after either a spell gone awry or some sort of experiment with going through a multiverse or such or a curse has caused this transformation...With that when it happened his form would suddenly begin to compress itself horizontally at an alarming rate while all of his bones and organs became...just non-existent.
His whole anatomy was becoming two dimensional, flat, and most importantly...sticky as one side it would all still resemble him fully buy in a more toonier and simpler style with eyes becoming simple unshaded pupils with no catchlights while the rest of the body mostly remained unchanged, just more...well Chibi than usual. His other side was a white void meanwhile, like a silhouette it was filled with sticky resin for him to be plopped onto a papery surface and cling to it like a slug.
As his form would fully flatten out leaving only his side visible he would spontaneously downsize until he was about as big as a humans thumb...and thus his swift transformation was complete as whoever did it would giggle and place him right on the postcard as seen here. Pharynx obviously isn't the type for being all full on kindness and hugs all the time so now in a rebellious manner...he's tryin' to peel himself out! He needs to go on and fight many other flat enemies along the way to find a certain door!
