Ah, a nice and simple drawing and rifle, also nice, a new character!

Yup! She's new around here and her rifle is a beaut!

I spent half the day yesterday doing P.M./Checking on the ones we're taking out next weekend for a group shoot event, jamming to Classic Rock and sipping,,, well, perhaps best I don't overly describe THAT? No, I jest, it was strictly coffee while I worked. I never combine alcohol/other 'Fun' things and firearm handling/maintenance.
I hadn't given this much serious thought, but I exited the room for about an hour to play with the Doggo and chit-chat with some neighbors, and when I returned, and opened the door to resume? Holy, Hell, the CLP/HOPPES fumes hit me like a tidal wave! Weather's been tad chilly for me, so I didn't crack open any window while I worked, and I hadn't realized just how dense the odor/fumes had gotten?

I wonder if they're flammable? Never tried to ignite either.

Be one helluve rude way to find out (When my little floor heater kicked *ON* and half the residence suddenly vanishes?) yikes!

I don't know about flammable, but I know that the packaging for Hoppes says that some of their stuff is corrosive. I wouldn't test the flammability indoors though LOL

Simple AR builds are some of my favorites, especially retro builds like that. I still cringe when I see one of those gun show bubba builds from about a decade ago or even today with tons or rather useless or just dumb stuff strapped onto them.

I would say it wasn't as bad as the zombie craze from the same time but those two things are kind of intertwined. Hell, my dad still has one of those biohazard eotechs from back then mounted on his benelli m4.
