Hello back to drawing second. This tone and humor is I try accurately to Dinosaurs for Hire's tone and humor, depsite me thinking it's uninteresting and unhilarious everytime I read.
Originally, the choice of colour for the unnamed black woman was gothic black, but I like pure white on her. But I also like the gothic colour on her, so the easier choice for me is to make colour together. :D
For the background setting, I was going to a simple bar (Just like Dinosaurs for Hire's background), then I changed my mind and made the background setting like a club with a bar (Because previous work made my ego go big for how I did lighting). I thought to create a background setting like "First lineart then make a painting oil or watercolour like old Disney film backgrounds used to." And I made a mistake, this background is my weakness. :')
While the background setting is obviously hard, the unnamed Asian woman's straight hair with one bun is harder to get to look right than the black woman's afro buns tbh. (Fun fact: In my head, I going create a backstory of unnamed women in future, so you better watch my take with my unnamed women!)
However, the lighting is my proud moment, because it's full of white colour with the use mode of sweet sweet Color Dodge. I am happy with how it turned out, despite this background setting.
