No More soup (I'm still haveing soup, just with extras)
Channelling frustrations in a positive manor, so umm ye. A sketchy drawing.
For those who don't read my journals, good work its rubbish there, I'm on a diet. That Cambridge 1:1 diet, weeeeeelllll most of the packages are very liquidy so I'm calling em all soup... and its only soup.
Well, I gave up after 4 days :P (sorta)
I wasn't told but apparently the family had a bbq planned and well, I couldn't join in when it happened. Most family events involve food, so being on this diet means I'm left out.
Same goes for little events, got one coming up soon and after we go out to eat.. well I wont be able to join on this diet. (I've actualy got two events, but there the only two id be going to this year.)
I feel this would be a recurring issue, so the more I thought about it the more I was like.. I can't do this for a whole year. Hence me quitting on day 4
The Kiddo that recommended this diet mentioned how after reaching the desired weight real food is introduced slowly and such, well the counceler didn't mention this so I was thinking it was soup for the whole year. A month or two is more manageable... but still...
I'm gonna be speaking with the councelor tomorrow to discuss things, my hopes is that on weekdays I follow the rules to the letter. Only 4 packs. (thats 800kcal) Buuut weekends, little more flexability. Sure still some rules, not gonna down 4 family sized pizzas and the fattest ice cream sunday. But I'd be able to partake in some events. If the family does another bbq, I could join in. Or at these events, I could pick a meal before hand with them so I stay on target.
I also just enjoy cooking, so I'm thinking we might discuss some recipie stuff? idk. I hear keto recipies might be a good idea, and i've found a couple i'm interested in.
I'm really hopeing this alteration works coz it allows for fun and will still have rules to be healthier than I was before starting this
(made it to the bottem? Good job
This description is very much a journal that got lost. But eh.
As a reward? or bonus? See the place mat in the image. Ye thats the place mat I made at an event and I use at ma desk each day.)
