Hee-Ho, howdy everyone, today I bring you... Well, quite the massive picture honestly! We have Alan, His Tutorial Dragon, The Ender Dragon's Daughter (at least according to the AU stuff), and... Well, my very first Minecraft Skin. The "heart" bandit and you can probably see I haven't changed much over the years. This character used to be pretty "popular" back in the day on my DA page, and even then he would be some of the "building blocks" for some character designs later on. I almost felt like... I could tear up seeing how far I've come with my artwork.
Minecraft, the game, does mean a lot to me. Does it mean as much to me as Pikmin? Not... Entirely, and if you want to read that post you can check that out here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/56573648/
...But I will appreciate it for what the game is. How it allowed me to express myself so freely with the world being my canvas. I actually did start back in alpha on the Xbox 360 edition, when the game first came out and I was beyond excited as my PC could never really run Minecraft. Skipping days of school just so I could play it and pretend I was sick. The amazing projects I built, the things I've done- listening to Minecraft parodies and even watching Minecraft youtubers. It was... Quite the experience and there's a painful tinge of nostalgia. When I got the PC version, or the "Java" edition, I remember finally being able to make my own skin instead of just being a tuxedo ender dragon or just the default steve model.
This is yes, a bit of a ramble, but- this is also me appreciating minecraft for what it is
A game where I can express my creativity without fear or of being judged. That I had my own little home, my own world, where I could build anything I wanted and could show my friends and we could play on it. I will never forget those memories with the people I shared, with those irl people I shared, who are no longer with me. This post and artwork is not only dedicated to minecraft as a whole, but the people who helped me along the way so i can continue on without their absence
Even though I massively changed, and this shows between Alan and the "Heart" bandit... I guess there's a part of me that still loves this game and it's the only game that fills me with that same wonder
Thank you all for reading, until next time.
Minecraft belongs to Mojang or Microsoft or whatever. I do not hold any copyright towards it and if anything, this is a parody or fanart or whatever. The artwork is mine, TwistedHensley, that type of stuff of where I do hold it, I believe, you get it. I mean I guess I own Alan and the design for the Red Tutorial Dragon I think-
