I'm sure if you ever played Gold, Silver, Crystal or the remakes, Heart Gold or Soul Silver, you'll remember the trainer named Joey who calls you every 5 seconds no matter what you're doing, weither it's trying to catch a legendary or infiltrating a radio headquarters to tell you how his Rattata is different then other Rattatas, his Rattata is in the top percentage.

Yeah, well, I made a Rattata morph based on that, and he's named after that trainer and he's a smug rat Pokemon who, yes indeed, thinks he's in the top percentage of Rattata morphs.
