I'll be extremely busy these upcoming couple of days, not just because of my birthday tomorrow, but also because of some work stuff I need to get out of my way.
A quick doodle of Hunter Star Spine giving a pretty cool pose (that I mostly messed up on, especially with the armor pauldrons) for being one of the best moms out there. She's actually a Mother of 7, even if most are... Technically adopted, but still- A very good mother as this is honestly LONG after Boars of War and during the "Rebirth" arc of Skin to Scales. (Even though that arc is where most of the illustrations without any lore attached come from as a lot of characters do talk about in lore logs in a "past" tense.)- ANYWHO-

I want to point out that this is an Epic Dark Fantasy setting with a lot of mythological and religious tones and that there is no real-life connection to any of these events, religions, characters and it is fully, grounded, in fantasy. There is no copyright infringement also intended to other forms of media as Skin to Scales is meant to be its own thing and something I've been working on for a very long time. This is the same setting where faith is a massive part of the magic system, and it is usually meant to have a very bright and colorful art style to help balance the tone.
