From what I can deduce and hypothesize, with a name like Earth "Force", I imagine this is some sort of Space Police or Justice group. And it appears that Sheila was gonna be one of the Main characters of this project.

My guess on why it never took on is because by then, Eric was already working on Sabrina Online, and making an Animated series of any sort is really tough, so he probably decided that he should just stick to Comics, tho he did occasionally still make animations on his trusty ol Amiga. Tho part of me thinks it would be cool if he could bring the idea back in comic form at some point in the near future.
