I felt the need to design Uthman's Diplomat's uniform in his Diplomat's Kit. It felt right to at least illustrate something he would wear in his official duties as the son of a Duke in the Elemental Plane of Air.
I'm also trying to play around with Clip Studio Paint's very VERY annoying tendency to desaturate everything i clean up in it. Its very very annoying to think something is appropriately colorful on my laptop and suddenly on my phone its practically grey. If anyone knows how to fix it i would be glad to have your advice.
