Original description: Requested by ElCidDeMaestro.
After owning up that she wasn't big and hard as she wanted to believe she was, Rotteen decided to go meet Peex again so she could use herself as one of her party balloons for her latest party.
Peex already has Tenten, another feline friend who wants to be at a rave, but Peex is more than happy to have another balloon, even going so far as to inflate Rotteen even further with her spray pump.
Tenten belongs to the requester and was the original subject of the request, and Rotteen belongs to Emma Essex, creator of LapFox Trax / Halley Labs.
And here's the other request that I did for the requester.

And here's Peex in her full finished design with Maia too! I'll admit straight up that this request was from what I'm pretty sure was late 2021 or early 2022 so you can tell a lot of stuff gets left behind at times. Or, at least that was the case before I went ahead and did those as well eventually. Remember that I never forget a single request.
I do quite like Tenten's design almost as much as Rotteen's Palette C yellow belly design and if there was an OC from a fellow user that I wanted to draw more inflation of then Tenten would definitely be one of them! Her hexagonal design is also really creative too.
I... Think I can hear Hard Man make a joke about how both felines will have a HARD time getting down if someone lets go of their string.
