Well, this was another good request from MinhPham2005. They liked to request me (Ziyo) and Puff Plum meeting some of the Adventures With Lolo characters and the like. I sure had fun here. You can tell by the background and how Puff Plum has three very thematic balloons floating above her to show just how balloony of a girl she is. I even gave Puff Plum a (slight) redesign here with her clothes. She now has more detailed skates and I think that her skates really needed some more detail to them. She looks even more Y2K styled now. It's really cool.
