Mikey and his sister Ruby had an incident trying to cross into another universe, ending up in HH/HB's Heaven and turned into Cherubs. Mikey decided to settle in as Cherub Towne's very own librarian, collecting reading material and other things for his collection to share with residents. From Academic textbooks, novels, comic books, manga to audio and video like music files, movies, video games. Anything he can find in Heaven and on Earth, he'll add it to the library within the supposed rules.

He has been fairly annoyed with Adam coming in to read the comic books, then leaving a mess of food scraps and laughing loudly.
