Grow up by Snowpoint City (Sinnoh), playing along with pokemons on the snow.
The could does not bother her, she loves to watch the moon and stars.
Very playfull and energetic, she evolved nearby Snowpoint Temple when was racing agains a sneasel friend at night .
She helps those that gets lost in the snow, at night she can guide lost people with the glow of her rings.
