Yep, another new OC so soon after my last one. I'm on a roll with them lately, and a dedicated wrestler seemed like a good idea. Got a pretty nice mix of fighting styles going with my characters, huh? Anyways, minor backstory time:

Pierce was always enamored with thunderstorms when growing up. Fearful at first, but the more he learned about them, then more they interested him. And while pursuing an actual career in meteorology might've seemed like a good idea, it never really crossed Pierce's mind. Besides, he had a great showing in high school wrestling to continue after graduation. His fascination with storms would persist, even becoming the centerpiece of his theme when fighting. Adding lightning bolt highlights to his mane, shaping tufts of his mane and tail fur into bolts, and even his gear is adorned in 'em. Outside of the ring, he's an amateur storm chaser. He's picked up enough from other fellow chasers to stay out of harm's way, and it keeps his original passion close to the heart.

In the ring, he's a rough-and-tumble face. Wearing down foes with powerful strikes first before clamping down with his signature Bear's Cage hold. Ensnaring his opponent in a dragon sleeper, then pelting their exposed belly with punches or even an extended claw grip. Unfortunately, his lion's pride tends to make losses sting even worse than usual, so he's garnered a bit of a reputation as a sore loser. It's something he's genuinely trying to work on, but to him, it's plenty rough.
