Wow! It went a bit faster to make this than I thought.

Here I've drawn Bubbles the Mobian Clownfish in her own version of Penny, the titular protoganist of the rising-star game, "Penny's Big Breakaway"
Very fitting as Bubbles and Penny are both talented performers of rocky beginnings to recently shining among royal classses. (Bubbles having lost her parents and oveworked at hands of a greedy, abusive ringmaster. Penny becoming a fugitive by law for an unfortunate mishap and on the run for the Emperor's guards)
Not to mention that the team behind Penny's Big Breakaway, Evening Star are the same developers of Sonic Mania.
Instead of a Yo-yo however, Bubbles can bust the moves with actual bubbles. Though let's hope her talent won't get her into trouble too.
Now let's get the show on the road!
